A Great Thanksgiving
I just have to brag on my friends a little bit. We had our very own Thanksgiving celebration the day after and it was a full on production!! As you can see, my way cute friend Kori made each of us an apron which we proudly wore as we worked in the kithen. How cute are we?? Okay, any comments on how prego is wearing the apron and there will be hormonal tears shed. Hee Hee.
Onto the bragging! Our spread included turkey, sweet potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, fancy bread, homemade stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce, garlic/basil steamed veggies, pomagranite salad and of course green been casserole. OH? You're impressed? Well, did I mention that we also had homemade pumpkin cheesecake and apple/cranberry cobbler. I told you I have amazing friends! And I to think I thought we should throw the leftovers on the table and dig in. My contribution to the feast? The veggies. Very boring. I am going to have to step up my culinary skills if I want to keep up with these girls.
P.S. Nate wanted me to point out that he looks so short in this picture because he doesn't have any shoes on and I have my big cowboy(girl) boots on. He is so cute!!
